You may return merchandise purchased from BTFD Shirts within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
- Sale items are only eligible for returns if defective
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
- Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return

- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. BTFD Shirts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
4.1. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. This inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days.
If your return is approved:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of approving the return
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
4.2. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for the purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Issued as store credit to your BTFD Shirts account
- Gift Cards: Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit
4.3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:
- If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is returned without original packaging
- If only part of an order is returned
- If promotional discounts or gift cards were applied to the original purchase
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, especially if inventory is limited.
If the exchanged item has a different price:
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference using your original payment method
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn't match what you ordered:

7. Return Shipping Costs

- Downloadable digital products
